Houston
In the heart of downtown Houston in the Oaks of Discovery Green, The Grove is Schiller Del Grande Restaurant Group’s latest concept, with a one-of-a-kind setting for gatherings of all sizes and types. The 10,000 square-foot glass, wood and steel restaurant, designed by celebrated architect Larry Speck, was crafted to seamlessly blend into the natural surrounds of the urban park and offers a terrific view of Minute Maid Park.
World renowned Chef Robert Del Grande and Executive Chef Ryan Pera have crafted an exquisite American Rustic menu featuring a range of tantalizing appetizers, salads, seafood, rotisserie specialties, steaks, sandwiches and decadent desserts. The earthy sophistication of its menu is built on fine Winn Meat Company products: The Grove features Sterling Silver Tenderloin, Ribeye, Striploin, Outside Skirt, and Terres Major.

Tony’s, owned by restaurant legend Tony Vallone, has been causing a stir consistently for the past 30 years and is known as “the place to see and be seen.” Nominated as a Houston Classic Restaurant for My Table magazine for the past ten years, the award-winning cuisine served at Tony’s is created under the watchful eye of Tony Vallone, Corporate Chef Bruce McMillan and Burgundy-born, Paris-trained Executive Chef Olivier Ciesielski.
From the most contemporary Asian-influenced hamachi to the classic osso buco highlighting the restaurant’s Italian roots, Tony’s culinary range is astounding.

Dallas
Bolsa (which means “bag” in Spanish) is located just west of the Bishop Arts District in a historic building named Settles Garage. The Bolsa team has familiar faces from the Dallas fine dining scene: Oak Cliff residents Chris Zielke and Christopher Jeffers (Hotel ZaZa) and Plan B Group’s Alexander Urrunaga and Royce Ring (Village Burger Bar, Nikita, Medina and the Stoneleigh Hotel).
Known as “a little place with great things inside,” the emphasis is on all things fresh, local and finished in a wood oven – there’s not a freezer or fryer anywhere. Winn Meat Company is meeting Bolsa’s fine protein demands with several products, including Meyer All Natural Angus Beef products (like Meyer natural beef hamburgers), Nueske’s turkey and ham,smoked salmon, Sterling Silver Pork tenderloin and Salumeria Biellese meats.

Rockwall
After leaving Dakota’s Steakhouse in Dallas, partners Ted Grieb and brothers Kevin and Alidor Lefere opened Zanata’s in Rockwall’s Old Town downtown square. Also in Old Town squre, they recently opened Square Market, a gourmet grocery and take-away food store. Completely restoring the 1901 building, aged red brick walls, concrete floors and high ceilings with exposed cross-timbers create an old world ambiance and charm.
An expansive deli counter features more than 50 cured meats and 100 artisanal and handmade cheeses. Nearly 100 prepared take-away dishes are listed on the tall, black chalk board, including seafood, pastas, rib eyes, and more. San Antonio
Twenty-eight year old “Rising Star” award-winner and Executive Chef and Owner Jason Dady opened The Lodge Restaurant of Castle Hills in October of 2001 to critical acclaim. Dady opened his third San Antonio restaurant in July 2008.
Lodge’s New American menu features an array of the freshest meats, poultry, seafood and produce, prepared using country Italian techniques with French influences. Bin 555 features small plates, wood fired pizzas and more baked in the Oak Wood Fire Oven and an extensive wine list. Tre Trattoria offers a wide array of Italian classics.

Austin
In the heart of Austin, Zax’s Pints & Plates is a hip, fun place to bring a date or just to hang out and enjoy a pint, but the food is hardly your typical “bar food.” Mediterranean influences are found in everything from starters to salads, lunchtime burgers and main dishes for dinner.
Zak’s uses a broad range of Winn Meat Company products, including Sterling Silver beef and pork, Winn’s nearly perfect 80-20 hamburger patties, as well as lamb shanks and racks.
