Wonderful Private Dining Destinations in Texas

Winn Meat Company is honored to have some of the state’s most innovative and appealing dining destinations among our fine customers, with fantastic approaches to private dining.

Joule Hotel

Charlie Palmer at The Joule Hotel

Beginning with huge propellers in the ceiling, interior architect Adam D. Tihany incorporated a wind-energy theme in to the design of Charlie Palmer at the Joule, Chef Palmer’s successful venture into the Dallas fine dining market. Unique design, rich woods and incomparable food make this a top private dining choice in downtown Dallas.

Located on the ground floor of the former Dallas National Bank building, a 1920s Gothic revival building, Chef Palmer calls the cuisine “progressive American.”
