Winn Meat Company provided donation toward fine proteins for many of the high profile culinary teams featured at Signature Chefs Austin on November 1, benefiting March of Dimes.

Winn Meat Company Corporate Chef and Sales and Marketing Manager Jamie Samford demonstrated fine protein cooking techniques to 2009 Texas State Fairgoers. Chef Samford’s class was hosted in the IKEA Celebrity Chef Kitchen in the Creative Arts Building at Fair Park in Dallas.

Chefs Samford and Rathbun prepared a Brazilian feast for auction winners Scott and Ellie Boxer.
