Houston Grand Wine & Food Affair 2007:
WMC Corporate Chef Jamie Samford prepared some amazing recipes for guests at the 2007 Houston Grand Wine & Food Affair 2007 – including Colorado Lamb and Marcona Almond Cous Cous, topped with Apricot-Cumin Yogurt and Microgreens and Black-Pepper-Grilled Berkshire Pork Loin, served on a Fresh Ricotta Crostini, topped with Strawberry Gastrique and Microgreens.
Chef Jamie Samford’s and Winn Meat Company’s participation in the popular Houston-area event was also a celebration of Winn Meat Company’s first year since entering the Houston market. And as you can see from the photos, the birthday celebration was great fun!
