Lee West is a Winn Meat Company success story. He has been with our company since 1974 - a 32-year history of helping us deliver the highest quality products to our customers.

Lee started out with WMC as a meat grinder and as a driver, delivering protein to restaurant clients throughout the Dallas area in the '70s. He then moved on to supervising production and custom preparation of meats, and is now supervising a team of 14 that works to the highest standards of customer satisfaction each day.

"It's the great people I work with at Winn Meat Company who have kept me happy and working in the business," said Lee. "And it's the people I work with that keep me going!"
