2007 has been a great year for the restaurant and hospitality business.  Texas and the Southwest continue to lead the country in restaurant growth and success.  We are definitely a center of ideas that influence the entire country and culinary scene.  And 2008 promises to be great for the center of the plate! 

We are proud to be a part of this exciting economy.  We have been honored to be able to give back to the community as a result of our success.  As this time of year calls on us to think of those in need, we wanted this issue of Prime News to share with you some highlights of our work with March of Dimes Signature Chefs, Operation Frontline, and Caritas of Austin.
